When is Charity no longer charity?
Examples: when it enables defeatism? when it takes away dignity? When it becomes all about what you gave and who all you helped? Or when the donation is forced, like taxation?

Plenty of employment agences that are government sponsored to help the unemployed claim they are charitys in reality they are bigger tax cheats than the unemployed. The red cross collects donations for victims of floods and fires then 3 years later only a third of the money collected has been given to the people they were collecting for while paying CEO's huge salarys.
