If they don't have guns, then they will use knives, bike spokes, potatoe pealers, screwdrivers, anything can be deemed as a weapon, that's how it is in the UK.

Yes...of course. * Strict gun control in other nations has reduced gun-related crime tremendously in those nations. * On the other hand: I like the idea of citizens being allowed to own and use non-repeating military rifles. This makes us an "armed populace". That is: makes us more capable of defending ourselves against foreign invasion, and makes us as a "society" more capable with regard to using firearms during wartime. * But hand guns and assault rifles? No. Only the most rigorously-trained and vetted individuals should be allowed to carry such.
