A lot of prisoners use cell phones. Just joking (play on with words). I know of mobile phones that most people use because they know how to use certain technology in today’s world and prefer them to home phones since they can carry their mobile phones around with them wherever they go. Mobile phones don’t rely on wires for usage but only for charging and that’s another advantage of having mobiles.
