Since God is the author of life, and gave us laws against murder. it makes sense to think He probably does not approve of abortions. However, there is nothing in the scriptures specifically mentioning abortions. The Didache from the early 1st century is a Christian compilation and it says that abortions are sinful and should not be done. It is a very contentious topic, and I don't try to support or oppose it. 5/8/25

It is evil and it goes against Creation. God said in Genesis 1:28 "to be fruitful and multiply and fill the Earth and subdue it." Satan comes to kill, steal and destroy. (John 10:10)

God creates you as a thought first, hence he knows you before you are even in the womb/the physical. Seen in Jeremiah " Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”
