Capitalism versus socialism which as Karl Marx said is a stepping stone to communism, hence they stand in direct conflict unless both are totalitarian.

Greed , self interest, who sponsors the political party's why do they do it? Divide and conquer. So the masses will squabble amongst themselves fight each other and not kill the rich. Why else are all these dividing policies that benefit no-one constantly pushed?
