Every relationship has its ups and downs, but if you constantly argue with that someone, it’s best to move on.
-
Yes, it’s best to move on from them if the relationship is unhealthy and psychologically damaging. If you can’t get along with someone permanently, have nothing to do with them and live your life without that person.

Ask yourself what is it about them that you dislike, and do you display that same trait? You can't change the other person, but instead of getting mad or upset, see if it can teach you anything, even if you cannot relate or identify if the persons actions remind you of someone else that's triggering you from your past, you can ask yourself what have you learned through the interactions? Taking something away puts the power back in your hands, and makes you feel less of a victim, and also teaches you new awareness of what to do in similar situations. Otherwise, you will find yourself in this situation again and again, until you can react to it in a different way that enables growth to you, regardless of the other person. The load then becomes lighter and freer, and you can move on faster when these situations arise, knowing you have the tools to deal with it and come out untouched.
