Some people don’t care how they dress in public because they think it’s ok to dress however they like making heads turn.

When I was young if I had dressed as some do now my father would have sent me back to my bedroom to find some decent clothing to wear. Ragged and ripped blue-jeans would not be permitted for sure. I was required to take pride in how I dressed and looked.
