Over the centuries, December 25 has become more acceptable. That is what there is to know, cause if God felt it was important for us to know the exact date of Jesus, He certainly would have told us in the Bible.

There is no ironclad answer to that question. The early Church chose the date of 12/25 to celebrate the incarnation, because there is nothing in scriptures to tell us. Jesus only said to "remember the day of My death and keep it holy."
