How do you know just by looking at someone whether they're a somebody or a nobody on the street?

Everyone is a somebody whether you see them on the street or not. People have a physical appearance to know that they exist. Anyone who sees a person as a nobody are not nice. Each person on the planet amounts to 8.2 billion some of which will deny each other’s existence.

If a mobster pulls up at a place in a very expensive luxurious car and looking like a million dollars, what's the first thing "folks" on the street are going to think? The person has a good job, is a VIP, the person sells drugs or is a drug kingpin.
