Consider trying hibiscus tea. It's also known as agua de jamaica. It's sweet tart and tasty as iced tea and it's caffein free. Here is a list of health benefits I found. "Health benefits of hibiscus tea include: High in antioxidants Lowers blood pressure Reduces cholesterol levels Aids weight loss Boosts immune system Helps manage blood sugars Supports liver health May have a positive impact on cholesterol levels too. I make a half gallon at a time and add a TBSP of sugar to the whole jug and a squeeze of lime in the glass when i make a glass. 7/13/25
