there are we avoid most of them by being subcontractors not that anyone would give me a job that paid sick leave ect I used to be known for going walk about. -

If you don't want to hire the guy, just don't use his diabetes as the reason for excluding him. Do you have to give him a reason for not hiring him over somebody else
